Driver Operator Pump Training

On February 28th, 2025 firefighters from Platte Valley Fire Protection District and the LaSalle Fire Protection District gathered at the Platte Valley Fire Training Center. These firefighters worked on skills (JPR’s) to achieve their Driver Operator Pump (DOP) Certification. Firefighters used Engine 703 and Engine 3101 rotating them for drafting operations, as well as pumping the engine with a water supply and a hose line deployed and flowing. Firefighters spent several hours going over these skills and working to excel at them.
