West Metro Structure Fire

On June 21st, 2025 at 09:27 West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a to a mobile home trailer on fire at the Mitchell’s Mobile Home Court, 5555 W. 16th Ave. in Lakewood. Engine 1 arrived to a single-wide trailer on fire in the trailer park on Chase St. and pulled a 1 3/4 for fire attack and the primary search with Medic 11. Engine 3 arrived and secured the water supply to Engine 1 and Medic 16 assigned as medical. District 2 arrived and assumed command in the offensive strategy.  The fire was quickly put under control and no other units were affected. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation. Additional information provided by West Metro Fire Rescue
