Westminster Attic Fire

On June 21st, 2025 just before 20:30 Westminster Fire Department with North Metro Fire Rescue District and Thornton Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire on Shoshone Way at W. 116th Ave. Upon arrival, crews found a working attic fire from a two-story with smoke and flames showing from the roof line. Crews were quickly able to complete searches, pull ceiling, and place the fire under control before declaring the fire out. A Victim’s Advocate responded to assist the family. The cause of the fire is under investigation and no injuries were reported. Additional information provided by Westminster Fire Department.
