Arvada Touch-A-Truck

On March 7th, 2026 the Touch-A-Truck event was held at the Arvada Center, 6901 Wadsworth Blvd. in Arvada hosted by Apex Park and Recreation District.  The community was invited to see, touch, and explore large vehicles and machinery, and meet the people behind the machines that build and protect the Arvada community. Many organizations and companies participated, including the Arvada Fire Protection District, Arvada Police Department, Jefferson County Open Space, City of Arvada and others. A Teddy Bear Clinic which was sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, where kids were able to bring their favorite stuffed animal to get checked out.
