North Metro Vehicle Fire

On March 20th, 2026 around 14:30 Broomfield Public Safety Communications Center dispatched North Metro Fire Rescue District Engine 64 to the 150o block of Dover St. in Broomfield for a vehicle fire. Additional information reported the vehicle in the driveway was close to the structure with fire showing at which point the response was upgraded. Engine 64 arrived to find the a vehicle on fire extending to the front of the garage and pulled a 1 3/4 line for fire attack. The fire was quickly knocked down and crews checked the garage and attic for extension which was clear.
