Foothills Pancake Breakfast

Foothills Fire Protection District held their annual pancake breakfast at the Lookout Mountain Fire Station at 67 S. Lookout Mountain Rd. on June 7th, 2026. The community gathered for a great pancake breakfast, along with drinks and plenty to talk about. Firefighters were available to answer questions, Jefferson County Public Health educated on services and resources offered, Xcel Energy educated on related safety matters, and there were many more informative booths and activities for everyone to enjoy. Attending organizations: Foothills Fire Auxiliary, Highland Rescue Team, Genesee Fire Protection District, Flight For Life, Jefferson County Public Health, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Colorado State Forest Service, Emergency Management of Jefferson County, Jeffcom 911, Mountain Area Land Trust, Evergreen Animal Protective League, Xcel Energy, Colorado Parks & Wildlife, Mountain Coast Ink, Born To Bloom, Morrison History Museum, Jefferson County Open Space, Bike Jeffco and others were on hand at the event.
