Lone Tree Park Meadows Drive Restaurant Fire

At approximately 21:45 on January 22nd, 2026 South Metro Fire Rescue responded to a commercial fire alarm at Jack’s Restaurant, 9155 Park Meadows Drive. Ladder 34 arrived on scene and located smoke on the 2nd floor and upgraded the call to a working commercial structure fire. Firefighters completed a primary search of the structure to ensure that all occupants had safely evacuated and continued investigating the source of smoke. Crew located a small fire burning inside a wall, and the incident was placed under control at 23:15. Extensive overhaul was necessary to confirm that no additional embers had spread into the void space. No injuries were reported as a result of this fire. Investigators from the SMFR Fire Marshal’s Office determined that the fire was accidental in nature. The business was closed for an extended period of time.
