South Adams Vehicle Into Creek

At approximately 20:30 on January 15th, 2026 South Adams County Fire Department responded to a vehicle in the water near the 9200 block of Yosemite St. Battalion 21 arrived to one vehicle upright into the creek partially submerged with one occupant still inside the vehicle and a water rescue response and a major incident tone was requested. Crews safely remove the occupant from the vehicle to safety and was evaluated and transported to a local area hospital by Ambulance 24 as a precaution for potential cold related injuries.
