Aurora Transformer Fire

On December 26th, 2010 at approximately 15:30 Aurora Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported transformer fire in the 15100 block of E. Moncrieff Place. Crews arrived on scene and found heavy fire coming for a large power station. Firefighters called in a ARFF unit from Buckley Fire & Emergency Services and were on the scene several hours until the fire was extinguished. No injuries were reported.
