At 00:43 on December 1st, 2012 Arvada Fire Protection District responded to a confirmed structure fire in the 10200 block of W. 59th Pl. in the Grace Place neighborhood. Crews arrived on scene to a 2-story apartment building with smoke showing from the roof and eves, and started fast attack on the fire from the attic space. The cause of the fire is under investigation and no injuries were reported.
