Loveland Trapped MVA

At 14:01 on August 31st, 2012 Loveland Fire Rescue Authority was alerted to a two vehicle MVA at Centerra Parkway & E. Eisenhower Blvd. (Hwy 34) with one vehicle on its side and two patients still trapped in the vehicle. A passenger car traveling eastbound made a sudden lane change and struck the pickup truck causing the driver to lose control and roll the vehicle. Upon arrival crews quickly stabilized the vehicle to begin the extrication, and in approximately 10 minutes the two parties were extricated, only one required transport to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
