Trooper Cody Donahue Memorial

Colorado State Patrol Trooper Cody Donahue was honored on December 2nd, 2016 with a large procession on Hwy. 285 (Hampton Ave.) to the Denver First Church of the Nazarene in Cherry Hills Village. The procession included law enforcement and fire departments from all over the state and nation. Donahue was struck by a commercial vehicle on November 25th, 2016 as he was investigating a minor traffic accident when the commercial vehicle struck him while outside of his patrol car with another trooper on northbound I-25 at Tomah Rd. near Castle Rock. Donahue was 24 years-old, and leaves behind his wife and two young children. A GoFundMe was set-up by CSP, and to help the family:  Cody Donahue Memorial Fund
