Hundreds of local firefighters, family members and friends were among the thousands of participants in the 55th Annual Saint Patrick’s Parade through downtown Denver on March 11th, 2017. Over two hundred entries were in this years parade despite the cold temperature, overcast sky and wet weather including Aurora Fire Rescue, Black Hawk Fire Department, Denver Fire Department, Lafayette Fire Department, and West Metro Fire Rescue. Other organizations included Aurora Firefighters Local 1290, Colorado Emerald Society, Colorado Firefighter Calendar, Denver Firefighters Museum, Denver Firefighters Local 850, Fire Rescue Dogs Calendar, Lafayette Professional Firefighters, West Metro Firefighters Local 1309.
