Station 22 Grand Opening

South Adams County Fire Department held a grand opening ceremony and open house for Station 22 in Commerce City on October 27th, 2017. The previously unmanned station at 5650 Holly Street was renovated to include new living quarters, a day room and office space. After brief remarks, Chief Kevin Vincel and Board President Ken Kogel cut a ceremonial ribbon and officially opened the newly renovated facility, which will house a crew and Truck 22 full time. The department also placed new Pierce velocity pumpers into service for stations 24 and 28.
