I-25 Semi Accident

At 15:28 on September 8th, 2018 Colorado Springs Fire Department was dispatched to a accident involving a rolled over semi at I-25 & Bijou St. with multiple 911 calls, and possible party trapped. Engine 1 arrived to a semi on its side southbound I-25 with 2 patients. Battalion 1 arrived and requested Haz-Mat 14 to respond for possible leaking fuel and additional ambulance to the scene. Both patients were transported to local hospitals and southbound I-25 was closed for several hours for the investigation and clean up.
