Loveland Smoke Investigation

At approximately 23:20 on September 22nd, 2018 Loveland Emergency Communications Center (LECC) dispatched Loveland Fire Rescue Authority to an outside smoke investigation. While en route the call was upgraded to a 1st alarm because of the report of a smoke plume. Upon arrival Engine 3 found no signs of smoke, and Command subsequently reduced responding units to non-emergent. Upon finding some burned debris behind one of the buildings, and Engine 3 advised they could handle and canceled the balance except FIT 2. Additional information was provided by Ian Zahn

Initial Call: Engine 3

Upgrade to 1st Alarm Units: Battalion 1, Rescue 2, Engine 5, Tower 6, FIT 2 & Berthoud Fire Protection District Engine 1
