South Adams Outbuilding Fire

At 10:35 on October 11th, 2018 South Adams County Fire Department & Brighton Fire Rescue District responded to a possible structure fire at E. 104th Ave. & Kitteridge St. Adcom reporting that 911 caller is seeing an outbuilding with smoke around the roof, and Commerce City Police Department on scene with a air unit on the roof that is smoking. Truck 28 arrived to a small one story detached garage / outbuilding with a swap cooler on fire, defensive strategy, and pulled a 1 3/4 line in for fire attack. Battalion 21 cancelled Engine 22 before arriving. Crews got the fire extinguish quickly. Command canceled all incoming units en route and the scene was cleared at 11:15. 

Units on Scene: Battalion 21, Truck 28, Truck 53

Units (Cancelled): Battalion 51, Engine 22, Engine 27 & Truck 24

South Adams County Paramedics: EMS 21, Ambulance 205(Cancelled) & Ambulance 206(Cancelled)
