West Metro Brush Fire

West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a confirmed brush fire at W. 32nd Ave and I-70 westbound on ramp on January 27th, 2018. Jefferson County Sheriff arrived first on scene, and started to get the fire controlled. Engine 17 arrived on scene to a small vegetation fire on the side of the highway, Brush 17 arrived and started fire attack. Crews got the fire under control quickly and Brush 9, Engine 6, Brush 6, District 2, SaM 1 and Bureau 7 were picked up before arriving on scene.
