Clifton Grill Your Ace Off BBQ

On May 4th, 2019 Clifton Fire Protection District participated in its annual Grill Your Ace Off BBQ Fest event at the local Ace Hardware shopping center. The Fire Academy Class of 2019 ran the event with the help of Clifton Chief Balke (Chief 21). The Academy members grilled up hot dogs for a couple hours while shoppers came in and out. The event included the on duty crew which was able to be away from the station for a couple hours supporting the event. The two district ambulances and engine company came down for kids to check out. The event kicks off around the beginning of May each year across the national local Ace Hardware.
