West Metro Room & Contents Fire

At 17:34 on August 28th 2019 West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a reported explosion in the 700 block of Moore St. Crews arrived on scene with smoke showing from a ground level apartment window, and started investigation. District 1 arrived and assumed command on the Alpha side in the offensive strategy. Crews found a room & contents fire which was quickly extinguished. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
