Ice / Dive Rescue Training

On March 8th, 2019 Loveland Fire Rescue Authority A shift Special Operations Dive Team members conducted ice/dive rescue training at a small pond in Loveland. Crews in ice rescue suits provided on water/ice support to the SCUBA equipped divers while other duty personnel served as shore support. A Rapid Deployment Craft (RDC) was utilized to help return the “victim” to shore. In the following days crews from the other shifts conducted the same training.
