Station 4 Open House

Westminster Fire Department held their annual Station 4 open house on October 12th, 2019. The event marks the end of National Fire Safety Week. Members of the community were invited out to learn about safety in the home. Some of the things taught were showing how common household items could look very similar to dangerous ones. A BBQ lunch was served by both firefighters and members of the Westminster CFIRE group. Tours were given of Engine 4, Medic 4 and Truck 6. Flight for Life landed and community members were able to look inside the helicopter. Westminster Police Department also participated with a K-9 demo.
