Grand Trailer Fire

At 16:10 on June 3rd, 2020 Grand Fire Protection District & Grand Lake Fire Protection District responded to 3274 Hwy. 34 outside of Granby for a structure fire. Chief 351 arrived on scene, reporting 3/4 of the trailer on fire. Engine 333 arrived pulled an 1 3/4 inch attack line and began fire attack on the Bravo side. Engine 371 arrived and pulled another attack line to the Charlie-Delta corner. Grand County EMS arrived and set-up for rehab. Tender 323 arrived and began to supply water to Engine 333. Crews were able to knock the fire quickly, and started overhaul and mop-up. Grand Lake units were released later into the incident and handed the incident over to Chief 301. Grand Fire units remained on scene to continue hotspots. At approximately 17:55, all units were released from the scene. Additional information provided by Grand Fire Protection District
