West Metro Trapped MVA

On January 31st, 2020 at 23:53 West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a accident with a possible party injected at S. Sheridan Blvd. at W. Kentucky Ave. SAM 1 arrived on scene to a single vehicle accident on southbound Sheridan Blvd. with heavy damage and possible extrication. Engine 8 arrived and pulled a 1 3/4 line to the vehicle, and Tower 8 started extrication. Command advised that no parties were ejected, and the single vehicle crashed into a parked vehicle, and two patients needing extrication due to the extensive damage. The two patients were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries and the accident is under investigation. Additional information was provided by West Metro Fire Rescue
