Callers on scene reported a large dryer on fire and other callers reported two plastic tents on fire at the location with people running around. Additional callers reported black pluming smoke coming from the address. Smoke could be seen from downtown in the city as well. First unit arrived and sized up two tents, one well involved with a machine on fire as well. First due unit pulled an attack line and declared an offensive strategy and established Coffman Command.
