At 05:16 on December 17th, 2020 South Metro Fire Rescue responded to a vehicle collision with reported entrapment at Broadway and Mineral Ave. in Littleton. Upon arrival, crews found two vehicles with significant damage and several people injured. No extrication was needed, and a total of 4 patients were transported to area hospitals, 3 with serious injuries and 1 with moderate injuries. The intersection remained closed until Littleton Police Department were able to conducted the accident investigation and tow trucks could remove the vehicles.
