Pueblo House Fire

On March 25th, 2020 around 14:30 Pueblo Fire Department was dispatched by Pueblo 911 Communications Center to the 2300 block of De Soto Rd. in Northside on a reported structure fire. Smoke was reported to be coming from the roof of the structure after roofers had been working all morning long. Engine 35 arrived on scene and confirmed a working attic fire, and began pulling lines to start fire attack, with Engine 31 catching the plug. Unit 84 arrived on scene and took command before passing it off to Chief 3. Crews made access to the attic via the roof and side vents. They quickly knocked the fire down and brought the attic to normal temperatures via the thermal imaging camera. Firefighters were on scene for about 30 minutes before they started cleaning up and clearing. Additional information provided by Code 4 Photography
