Pueblo Commercial Fire

Just after 17:30 on June 28th, 2020 Pueblo Fire Department was dispatched to the New Horizons Thrift Store in the 2900 block of N. Elizabeth St. Callers reported a possible tractor trailer on fire that was docked at the loading dock on the east side of the building. Squad 81 arrived on scene to black smoke showing from the east side of the building and took command. Engine 38 arrived and initiated fire attack discovering the source of the smoke to be coming from a mattress on fire under the trailer. Engine 38 pulled a booster line from the rear of their engine while Chief 3 took command. Engine 31 staged at the plug and crews began searching the interior for any extension. The fire was quickly extinguished and crews picked up shortly after. Additional information provided by Code 4 Photography
