Station 9 Groundbreaking

The official ground breaking ceremony took place for Arvada Fire Protection District Station 9 on April 24th, 2021. Station 9 will be located at the intersection of Wilkerson St. and Candelas Parkway off Hwy. 72, in northwest Arvada and is the first new addition to the district since 1980. Retired volunteer members, Greg Oletski, Jack Doane, Tom McAdam, Steve Katz, and Eddie Lyons assisted several children of current firefighters in the ceremony.
