Members from Boulder Fire-Rescue Department, Boulder Emergency Squad, Boulder Rural Fire Rescue, and Big Elk Meadows Fire Protection District certified from May 22nd to May 23rd, 2021 in Swiftwater II. Rescuers took to Boulder Creek to probe the creek for a simulated missing kayaker and recover the kayak that floated downstream.
