Boulder County House Fire

On November 1st, 2021 Hygiene Fire Protection District, Lyons Fire Protection District, Lefthand Fire Protection District, Pinewood Springs Fire Protection District, St Vrain RIT, AMR, Longmont Fire Department, and Boulder County Sheriffs Office responded to a reported structure fire in the 8800 block of Vermillion Rd in unincorporated Boulder County. Crews arrived to smoke showing from the roof, and able to aggressively attack and extinguish the fire quickly before it spread to the rest of the residence. One patient was treated at the scene, but refused transport to the hospital. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
