Denver House Fire

At 18:42 on October 18th, 2021 Denver Fire Department was dispatched to a reported single-family residential fire in the 2900 block of S. Pontiac St. in Hampden. Upon arrival, 22s a pair found fire that had started in the bushes in front of the home, and extended to the roof, additionally exposing a gas meter. Engine 22 pulled a line and got a quick knock on the fire and Engine 13 secured the water supply. Crews ventilated before going in service and there were no injuries reported. The cause is unknown.
