On July 14th, 2021 South Metro Fire Rescue Engine 42 responding with lights and sirens to the house fire on E. Hialeah Dr. was involved in a non-injury collision while turning from northbound Parker Rd. onto eastbound Orchard Rd. The accident was immediately reported to dispatch, and another Engine was sent to the house fire. The 4 Firefighters onboard Engine 42 jumped into action and assisted the occupants of the white SUV. Everyone involved was evaluated by Medic 41, and thankfully no one was injured or wanted to be transported to the hospital. Arapahoe County Sheriff conducted the accident investigation and the driver of the white SUV received a citation. Additional information provided by South Metro Fire Rescue
