Arvada Safety Day 2022

Arvada Fire Protection District held their Safety Day at the Training Center on October 1st, 2022. The community came out to enjoy activities and fun including tours of the fire equipment, meeting firefighters and first responders. The National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA) held a live burn demonstration. Flight For Life landing. Friends of Arvada Fire, Arvada Police Department, Jefferson County Sheriff, St. Anthony Hospital, American Red Cross, Jefferson County Open Space, Jefferson County Communications Center Authority (JeffCom 911), RTD, SCL Health (Intermountain Healthcare), Cert Emergency Prep and others were on hand with interactive booths and information about safety and emergency preparedness.
