Denver Apartment Fire

At 08:59 on July 22nd, 2022 Denver Fire Department Engine 24 responded to outside smoke investigation at 4890 E. Donald Ave. in the Goldsmith neighborhood. Engine 24 arrived to find smoke coming out of one of the second story apartment units and requested to upgrade the call for a structure fire. Crews extinguished the fire quickly and spent about an hour checking for extension and ventilating the building. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
