Denver Structure Fire

At 11:46 on March 5th, 2022 Denver Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire in the 4300 block of W. Center Ave. in Westwood. Tower 23 arrived to a full involved small single-family residential and Engine 23 started offensive fire attack. Engine 20 pulled a back-up off Engine 23 and Truck 12 went to the roof for vertical ventilation. Crews found wires down in the back side of the structure and requested Xcel to the scene. The fire was put under control at 12:04 and crews started an extensive overhaul. One patient was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
