South Metro Vehicle Fire

On June 23rd, 2022 at approximately 16:45 South Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a vehicle fire at S. Parker Rd. and Lincoln Ave. Arriving Parker Police units advised of a working car fire north of Lincoln Ave. on S. Parker Rd. northbound. Tower 45 arrived and pulled a bumper line and extinguished the fire quickly and efficiently. Battalion Chief 4 and Parker Police units provided a safe working zone for the fire crews by shutting down three lanes of traffic. Crews cleared after the fire was put out and mop up had been completed.
