Boulder Residential Structure Fire

On July 29th, 2023 around 07:50 Boulder Fire-Rescue Department responded to the 400 block of Dewey Ave. in Boulder for a residential structure fire. Battalion 2570 arrived to a small two-story single-family home with heavy smoke coming from the Alpha side. Engine 2501 arrived and assigned to pulled a line in for fire attack and Tower 2516 with the primary search. Engine 2503 established the water supply and Engine 2502 pulled a 2nd line in. Firefighters were able to get the fire out quickly and started overhaul. Two patients were transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
