Building Search Training

On June 24th, 2023, the Castle Rock Fire & Rescue Department conducted building search training at the old Philip S. Miller Library in Castle Rock before the building is torn down. Firefighters conducted evolutions through the commercial structure searching for victims in heavy smoke conditions. Throughout the week crews also conducted hose and destruction drills at the same location.
