South Metro Apartment Fire

On June 25th, 2023 at approximately 17:50 South Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported structure fire at the WaterWalk Hotel Apartments, 11450 E. Parkview Ave. in Centennial. Firefighters arrived on scene and found a small cooking fire on the first floor. Crews spent about thirty minutes extinguishing the fire and ventilating the building. No injuries were reported.
