On March 28th, 2023 the Florissant Fire Protection District was dispatched to a reported wildland fire along the north end of Indian Creek. Firefighters arrived on scene and found a small brush fire threatening two nearby structures. Firefighters from Florissant, Divide, Four Mile and the U.S. Forest Service were able to extinguish the fire fairly quickly. No injuries were reported.
