On March 28th, 2023 the Florissant Fire Protection District was dispatched to a reported wildland fire along the north end of Indian Creek. Firefighters arrived on scene and found a small brush fire threatening two nearby structures. Firefighters from Florissant, Divide Fire Protection District, Four Mile and the U.S. Forest Service were able to extinguish the fire fairly quickly. No injuries were reported.
