Foothills National Night Out

National Night Out was held on August 1st, 2023 at the Foothills Fire Protection District Lookout Mountain Station with a great turn out even with the wet weather in the area. The community came out and enjoyed hot dogs that was provided by the Foothill Fire Auxiliary and firefighters held an vehicle extrication. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Jefferson County Open Space Park Rangers, Jefferson County Animal Control, Genesee Fire Rescue and Highland Rescue Team were also on hand for the event.
