Westminster Julian Street Residential Structure Fire

On October 21st, 2023 Westminster Fire Department and North Metro Fire Rescue District responded to a residential structure fire near 115th Ave. & Julian St. Crews battled the fire offensively from the exterior due to the floors being compromised from the intense blaze. The residents were not home at the time of the fire and no injuries occurred. The exact cause is under investigation but has been determined to be accidental.
