Boulder County Grass Fire

On July 11th, 2024 at 17:00 Mountain View Fire Rescue and Boulder Rural Fire Rescue responded to a grass fire at 8989 Niwot Rd. near Niwot High School. 2260 arrived to a grass fire between the football field and tennis courts. The fire was put under quickly and firefighters remained on scene with hot spots. The cause of the fire has not been determined and the size was kept to about 100×8 feet.
