Colorado 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb

The 2024 Colorado 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb was held on September 11th, 2024 at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater outside of Morrison. Hundreds of first responders from around Colorado including animal control officers, deputy sheriffs, emergency medical technicians, federal agents, firefighters, police officers and search and rescue team members participated in the annual event which honors those who lost their lives as a result of the 9/11 terrorists attacks in New York City, Washington DC and Shanksville, Pennsylvania twenty three years ago. Funds raised help support the families of local fallen firefighters and the FDNY Counseling Services Unit. Over 1,800 people participated in this year’s event.
