South Adams Brush Fire

At 14:15 on May 1st, 2024 South Adams County Fire Department responded to a brush fire at E. 80th Ave. and Oneida St. in Commerce City. Engine 22 arrived on scene with a wind driven brush fire and started fire attack and Engine 22 established the water supply. Crews quickly extinguished the fire with no structures threatened or damaged and the rest of the response was cancelled. No injuries and the cause is under investigation. Commerce City Police Department closed down E. 88th Ave. during the incident. Additional information provided by South Adams Fire Department
