Denver Structure Fire

On February 19th, 2024 at 06:45 Denver Fire Department responded to a reported fire in the 8200 block of E. Colfax Ave. Engine 14 arrived on scene to heavy fire on the first floor of the vacant two-story structure. Crews made access to the fenced off business and quickly got water on the fire. Primary search was conducted where crews found a victim and quickly aided and transported by Denver Paramedics. No other injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
