Station 39 Pancake Breakfast

On July 27th, 2024 Denver Fire Department held the 2nd annual “Flapjacks & Firefighters” pancake breakfast at Station 39 in Northfield and part of the Denver Days Community Celebration kick-off. The community came out to enjoy a pancake breakfast, bucket rides from Tower 27, tour old and new fire engines, fire safety information, face paintings, music and more. The family fun event also held the “Back-To-School Giveaway” where hundreds of backpacks and school supplies for elementary to middle school children were distributed out. Denver Police Department, Denver Sheriff, Denver Paramedics, Denver Department of Public Safety cadets and others were on hand for the event.
