West Metro Basement Fire

At 15:34 on October 29th, 2024 West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a possible structure fire in the 10300 block of W. Fair Ave. at the Stanton Farms Townhomes in Littleton. Engine 12 arrived to a two-story townhome with nothing showing and started the investigation. Upon the investigation firefighters found smoke in the basement and pulled 1 3/4 for fire attack which was quickly put under control. The fire was a small basement fire that extended into a neighboring unit and traveled through the floor joists, coming out onto the neighbors deck. No one was injured and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Additional information provided by West Metro Fire Rescue
