Bennett-Watkins Semi Fire

On April 19th, 2024 at 13:00 Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue was dispatched to a commercial carrier fire at Imboden Rd. & E. 29th Ave. in Watkins. Battalion Chief 91 arrived to a fully involved semi on fire without the trailer and assigned Tender 91 to pull a pre-connect for attack. Crews got the fire under control quickly and started overhaul. Colorado State Patrol shut down Imboden Rd. during the incident. No injuries were reported. Additional information provided by Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue
